Design and Approval. Within sixty (60) days of City Council’s approval of this Agreement, Developer will submit the following to the City for its consideration: (i) A site plan; (ii) A conceptual design plan establishing the general scope, conceptual design and scale relationships among the various Components, and the square footages of the various Components; (iii) Elevations; (iv) A development schedule and estimated timeline for Completion, including estimated key milestone dates; (v) Any known contingencies which are likely to affect either the scope of the project or Developer’s ability to meet key milestone dates; (vi) A specific list of any concessions needed from the City, such as street vacations and air rights; and (vii) Detailed cost estimates for construction.

Design and Approval. Subject to the provisions of this ------------------- Section 23.1 and any applicable governmental requirements, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to have a "Tenant Name" as that term is defined below, placed upon a monument sign (the "Monument Sign") located in front of the Building.
Design and Approval. The design phase will involve consultation with the Charter School to ensure that the Project meets the educational and functional needs of the Charter School. Final design approval will rest with the District, subject to input from the Charter School.
Design and Approval. 1.1 The parties understand that Col. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Memorial Statue must be historically accurate and match the bust portrait of Col. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx. Below the chest, clothing, and body structure must be historically accurate and approved by CAPMSC. 1.2 On January 8th, 2014, the CAPMSC did approve the design of the Col. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Statue as provided by Sculptor.* The statue design, which includes a granite base and four (4) plaques, is hereby approved by CAPMSC in all respects. 1.3 As indicated in the attached design document, the statue will be on a 3x3x3 granite pedestal with an eight (8) foot underground foundation. The foundation of the statue has been provided by the City of Troy, New York. The statue itself will be seven (7) feet tall. The material of the statue will be bronze. There will be four (4) bronze plaques on each side of the pedestal. 1.4 Any changes to the aforementioned design or materials to be used must be approved in writing by CAPMSC prior to commencement of the work. * See addendum of statue design.

The Developer may independently decide the number of wings, floors, podiums, etc. 12.1.5 To take all decisions with respect to the design, aesthetics, development, quality, amenities, facilities, lay-out infrastructure, in respect of the Property wherever required, if such decisions affect the Society Component then after consulting the Society in respect of any such decisions. Design, aesthetics, development, quality, amenities, facilities, lay-out infrastructure shall be common and standard for the entire Project. 12.1.6 To amend and modify the plans and specifications in respect of the Project (including the Building Plans), from time to time, as it may deem fit and proper, and in case such amendments or modifications affect Society Component, after consultation and approval of the Society. 12.1.7 To appoint the architects, engineers, landscape designers and other consultants and professionals for the preparation of designs, plans and lay- outs, for the development of the Property and to change such architects and other consultants and professionals and appoint others in their place. 12.1.8 To prepare, sign and submit all plans and any applications as may be necessary for the redevelopment of the Property.

Design and Approval. Right EDGE shall keep Xxxx fully advised as to the progress of the Development Plan. The Development Plan shall be presented to Xxxx. Xxxx shall be entitled to approve or reject, or seek modifications of the Development Plan (the "Approved Development Plan" and the project contemplated in the Approved Development Plan shall be the "Approved Project"). The Approved Development Plan shall be subject to non-material change from time to time without the need for further consent of Xxxx.

Design and Approval. SPECIFICATIONS Licensee acknowledges that SuperSolutions has developed comprehensive application programs, packages, and documentation contained in the System which includes existing Daybreak functionality in addition to the Gap Analysis functionality described in the Onyx Gap Analysis in EXHIBIT B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "SPECIFICATIONS").

Design and Approval. Tenant's sign on the Buttress Signage ("Exterior Signage") shall contain only Tenant's name, logo or abbreviation and shall be subject to Landlord's prior written approval (in Landlord's sole discretion) with regard to size, design, color, materials, content, exact location and method of installation, and shall be appropriate for a first-class high rise office building, in conformity with the overall design and ambiance of the Real Property and in compliance with all applicable Legal Requirements and the signage requirements in the recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions applicable to the Project (collectively, the "Legal Signage Restrictions"). The cost of the design, manufacture and installation of the Exterior Signage, as well as the cost of obtaining City approval for Tenant's particular Exterior Signage, shall be borne by Tenant. The Exterior Signage, as approved by Landlord in writing, may not be modified, replaced or removed without Landlord' prior written approval, in Landlord's sole discretion.
