Common use of Contents of Request to Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Contents of Request to Superintendent. The employee shall file with the Superintendent (a) a copy of the written request described in paragraph 5.5.2, (b) a statement explaining the action taken by the employee's immediate superior in response to the request, and (c) a copy of the decision on the grievance received, if any.
