Definition and Scope a. Classified hourly positions provide services to students that cannot be provided via a regular classified position. These services are needed on an on-going basis throughout the calendar year for a limited number of hours each week.
b. All positions have a minimum number of hours per day (1) and days per week (1) when work is available, and a maximum number of hours. The number of hours may vary from quarter to quarter but at no time will the hours for the position itself exceed the maximum as identified in the job description, except as noted below in 7.16.2
Definition and Scope. Users who exhibit disruptive behavior in the Recreation Centers will be asked to follow the rules listed in the Behavior Policy. Users who continue to cause disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the Recreation Centers. Disruptive Behavior is generally defined as “any User’s behavior that interferes with the normal operation of the Recreation Centers or which interferes with another User’s ability to use the Recreation Centers. The Recreation Centers Director and other staff members to whom the Director delegates the authority (and whom are on duty at the time) shall have the responsibility for enforcing the Behavior Policy and determining when behavior in the Recreation Centers is inappropriate. The following types of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in the Recreation Centers:
Definition and Scope. TELEWORK is a form of organising and/or performing work, using information technology, in the context of an employment contract/relationship, where work, which could also be performed at the employers pre- mises, is carried out away from those premises on a regular basis. This agreement covers teleworkers. A teleworker is any person carrying out telework as defined above.
Definition and Scope. 2.1 The three Academic Terms are as follows:
(a) The Fall Term is the period during which courses are scheduled from September to December.

Definition and Scope. A grievance is defined as a dispute or difference between the parties to this Agreement concerning interpretation and/or application of this Agreement or its provisions. Summary Punishment shall be excluded from this procedure, except as provided in Article 7.
Definition and Scope. Analyst Hours is the name of a retained services purchase of a pre-defined length of Xxxxxxxx analyst project and/or research time. Generally, Analyst Hours are used to conduct specialized training, query and/or report development, or data delivery automation using a Xxxxxxxx analysis product such as Peer Suite. An Analyst Hours allowance may be included as part of a subscription program “bundle” or may be purchased in allowance blocks during a subscription term.
Definition and Scope. Grievance shall mean a claim or complaint by an Administrator or by the Association that there has been to an Administrator or group of Administrators a personal loss, injury or inconvenience because of a violation, misinterpretation or inequitable application of this Agreement or of an established policy or of an administrative decision governing Administrators.
Definition and Scope. For the purposes of this Section, "a subsidy" means a measure that fulfils the conditions set out in paragraph 1.1 of Article 1 of the SCM Agreement, irrespective of whether it is granted to an enterprise supplying goods or services (23) .
Definition and Scope. 1. For the purposes of this Section, a subsidy is a measure which fulfils the conditions set out in Article 1.1 of the SCM Agreement irrespective of whether it is granted to an enterprise manufacturing goods or supplying services.2
2. This Section applies only to subsidies which are specific in accordance with Article 2 of the SCM Agreement. Subsidies to individual consumers or general measures, including subsidies or measures intended to achieve social policy objectives, are not considered as specific.
3. This Section applies to specific subsidies to all enterprises, including public and private enterprises.
4. The application of this Section shall not obstruct the performance, in law or in fact, of the particular tasks of public interest, including public service obligations, assigned to the enterprises concerned. Exemptions should be limited to tasks of public interest, proportionate to the public policy objectives assigned to those enterprises, and transparent.
5. This Section does not apply to non-economic activities.
6. Paragraph 1 of Article 10.9 (Specific Subsidies Subject to Conditions) does not apply to fisheries subsidies and subsidies related to trade in goods covered by Annex 1 to the Agreement on Agriculture.
7. This Section applies only to specific subsidies of which the amount per beneficiary over a period of three years is above 300 000 special drawing rights.1
8. With regard to subsidies to enterprises supplying services, Article 10.7 (Transparency) and Article 10.9 (Specific Subsidies Subject to Conditions) apply only to the following services sectors: telecommunications, banking, insurance, transport including maritime transport, energy, computer services, architecture and engineering, and construction and environmental services, subject to the reservations provided for in Chapter 8 (Liberalisation of Investment, Trade in Services and E‑Commerce).
9. This Section does not apply to sectors or sub-sectors which the Parties have not listed in Chapter 8 (Liberalisation of Investment, Trade in Services and E-Commerce).
