Contenu de cet accord. China University of Mining and Technology et Polytech Tours, fondent conjointement un cycle préparatoire d’octobre de l’année N1 à août de l’année N+2, en Chine puis en France préparant des étudiants de CUMT, aux études d’ingénieurs de Polytech Tours. (1) Les étudiants concernés sont, en septembre de l’année N, des étudiants de troisième ou quatrième année de CUMT. Ils sont présélectionnés par CUMT et Polytech Tours sur dossier comprenant leurs résultats universitaires et leur score au Gaokao. (2) D’octobre de l’année N à juin de l’année N+1, les étudiants présélectionnés suivent une formation de Français de 500 heures à CUMT. (3) En avril ou mai de l’année N+1, les étudiants présélectionnés subissent un entretien de sélection par des enseignants-chercheurs de Polytech Tours, venus en Chine à cet effet, portant notamment sur leur niveau de français et d’anglais. (4) De septembre de l’année N+1 à juin de l’année N+2, les étudiants suivent les cours préparatoires au sein de Polytech Tours, au cours desquels ils reçoivent une formation supplémentaire de français et un enseignement dans la spécialité envisagée. Le descriptif de cette formation est exposé dans l’annexe pédagogique ci-jointe. (5) Le coût des cours préparatoires proposés à Polytech Tours (année universitaire allant de septembre de l’année N+1 à août de l’année N+2) est de 5000 (cinq mille) euros par étudiant. (6) A l’issue de cette formation les étudiants, sous réserve de réussite au test final de contrôle du niveau de langue française (TCF400) et de réussite aux contrôles des connaissances dans la spécialité, sont intégrés, de droit, en 2ème année du cycle ingénieur de Polytech Tours aux mêmes conditions que les étudiants français. Les étudiants chinois admis en 2ème année du cycle ingénieur payeront alors les droits d'inscription fixés par l’Université de Tours qui s’appliquent aux étudiants internationaux non européens. (7) A l’issue du cycle préparatoire, Polytech Tours communique à CUMT les résultats des étudiants chinois aux contrôles des connaissances. Au vu de ces résultats, le jury de CUMT est souverain pour conférer le diplôme xx Xxxxx aux étudiants ne l’ayant pas obtenu précédemment.   • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to KDL, or from KDL to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided. 6.2 Referral Announcements shall be provided, in the case of business Customers, for a period of not less than one hundred and twenty (120) days after the date the Customer changes its telephone number, and, in the case of residential Customers, not less than thirty (30) days after the date the Customer changes its telephone number; provided that if a longer time period is required by Applicable Law, such longer time period shall apply. Except as otherwise provided by Applicable Law, the period for a referral may be shortened by the Party formerly providing service if a number shortage condition requires reassignment of the telephone number. 6.3 This referral announcement will be provided by each Party at no charge to the other Party; provided that the Party formerly providing service may xxxx the Customer its standard Tariff charge, if any, for the referral announcement.

As used herein, the term “electronic Prospectus” means a form of Time of Sale Prospectus, and any amendment or supplement thereto, that meets each of the following conditions: (i) it shall be encoded in an electronic format, satisfactory to the Representatives, that may be transmitted electronically by the Representatives and the other Underwriters to offerees and purchasers of the Offered Shares; (ii) it shall disclose the same information as the paper Time of Sale Prospectus, except to the extent that graphic and image material cannot be disseminated electronically, in which case such graphic and image material shall be replaced in the electronic Prospectus with a fair and accurate narrative description or tabular representation of such material, as appropriate; and (iii) it shall be in or convertible into a paper format or an electronic format, satisfactory to the Representatives, that will allow investors to store and have continuously ready access to the Time of Sale Prospectus at any future time, without charge to investors (other than any fee charged for subscription to the Internet as a whole and for on-line time).   • DISCLOSURE OF TBS ACCESS CODE TO THIRD PARTY (a) The Account Holder must exercise all care to ensure that the TBS Access Code is not disclosed to any person and shall take all steps to prevent forgery or fraud in connection with the use of his TBS Access Code and/or the operation of the TBS. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code. (b) Unless and until the Bank receives such written notice of disclosure, the Account Holder shall be fully liable and be bound by all transactions effected by the use of such TBS, with or without his consent or knowledge.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
