Common use of Contestation of Auction Results Clause in Contracts

Contestation of Auction Results. 1. Registered Participants shall check the Auction results and, where reasonably appropriate, may contest Auction results within the contestation period set out in paragraph 2 of this Article. The Allocation Platform shall only consider a contestation where the Registered Participant is able to demonstrate an error by the Allocation Platform in the Auction results.
