CONTINGENCY CLAUSE. This agreement is contingent on VHA meeting the Federal Safeguard Requirements and Disclosure Restrictions specified in Section VII. Matches with VHA under this agreement will be immediately discontinued, if at any time, IRS determines that VHA has failed to meet the Federal Safeguards requirements, Disclosure Restrictions, or any Privacy Act Requirements.
