Common use of Contingency Fee Clause in Contracts

Contingency Fee. Consultant represents that it has not paid or agreed to pay any person or entity, other than a bona fide employee working solely for Consultant, any fee, commission, percentage, gift, or other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Agreement. If this Agreement is subject to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Parties agree and stipulate that the statutory language stated in Section 287.055(6)(a) is deemed included and fully incorporated herein.
