Dishonored Check or Draft. In the event that the Permittee delivers a dishonored check or draft to the County in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, the Permittee shall incur and pay a service fee of TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is $50.00 or less; THIRTY DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is $50.00 and less than $300.00; and the greater of FORTY DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is $300.00 or more, or Five Percent of the face value of such dishonored check or draft. Further, in such event, the Department may require that future payments required pursuant to this Agreement be made by cashiers check or other means acceptable to the Department.
Dishonored Check or Draft. If Operator delivers a dishonored check or draft to Authority in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Operator shall incur and pay a service charge in the amount established by Authority from time to time. In such event, Authority may require that future payments be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to Authority.

If County receives a dishonored check or draft in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Lessee shall pay County a service charge in the amount established by County from time to time. In such event, and in addition to any other remedies available to County under this Agreement, at law or in equity, County may require that future payments be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to County.

If Concessionaire delivers a dishonored check or draft to Authority in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Concessionaire shall incur and pay a service charge in the amount established by Authority from time to time. In such event, Authority may require that future payments be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to Authority.

In the event Lessee delivers a dishonored check or draft to County in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Lessee shall incur and pay a service charge in the then-prevailing amount established by County. In such event, the Aviation Department may require that future payments be made by cashier's check or other means acceptable to the Aviation Department, and the security deposit required herein may be increased, in the Aviation Department's sole discretion.

In the event that Airline delivers a dishonored check or draft to County in payment of any obligation arising under the terms of this Agreement, Airline shall incur and pay a service fee of: ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is $50.00 or less; ONE HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is more than $50.00 and less than $300.00; or ONE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS, if the face value of the dishonored check or draft is $300.00 or more; or Five Percent of the face value of such dishonored check or draft, whichever is greater. Further, in such event, County may require that future payments required pursuant to this Agreement be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to County.

In the event Concessionaire delivers a dishonored check or draft to the Aviation Department in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Concessionaire shall incur and pay a service charge in the amount established by the Aviation Department from time to time, along with interest thereon at eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the original due date of such dishonored check or draft without further demand. In such event, the Aviation Department may require that future payments be made by cashier's check or other means acceptable to the Aviation Department

In the event County receives a dishonored check or draft in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay County a service charge in the amount established by County from time to time. If Contractor delivers a dishonored check or draft to County in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Contractor shall incur and pay a service charge in the amount established by County from time to time. In such event, County may require that future payments be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to County.
Dishonored Check or Draft. In the event that the Lessee delivers a dishonored check or draft to the Lessor in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, the Lessee shall incur and pay a service fee assessed in accordance with the Department’s practice for dishonored checks plus penalties as may be imposed by law, such as Sections 832.08 and 125.0105, Florida Statutes, as such statutes may be amended or renumbered. Further, in such event, the Lessor may require that future payments required pursuant to this Agreement be made by cashier’s check or other means acceptable to the Lessor.
