Common use of Contingency Provision Clause in Contracts

Contingency Provision. In the event of a court decision or a change in Oklahoma Statutes that impacts on the budget or efficient operation of the school district, the Board and Association will immediately resume bargaining in order to negotiate conditions or items affected by the change. All provisions of the Negotiations Procedural Agreement will be followed.
