CONTINGENT FEES. Contractor hereby warrants that it has not employed or retained any entity or person, other than a bona fide employee of Contractor, to solicit or secure the Agreement and that Contractor has not paid or agreed to pay any entity or person, other than a bona fide employee of Contractor, any fee, commission, brokerage fee, gift or other consideration contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of the Agreement. A breach or violation of this warrant is an Event of Default.
