WARRANTY AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES. 8.50.1 The Contractor warrants that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Contract upon any Contract or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, excepting bona fide employees or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by the Contractor for the purpose of securing business.
8.50.2 For breach of this warranty, the County shall have the right to terminate this Contract and, at its sole discretion, deduct from the Contract price or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee.

10.2 For breach of this warranty, County shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and, in its discretion, deduct from the Agreement price or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee.
WARRANTY AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES. 49.1 Contractor warrants that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Master Agreement upon any agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee, excepting bona fide employees or bona fide established commercial or selling agencies maintained by Contractor for the purpose of securing business.
WARRANTY AGAINST CONTINGENT FEES. CONSULTANT warrants that it has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working for the CONSULTANT, to solicit or secure this Agreement, and that it has not paid or agreed to pay any company or person, other than a bona fide employee, any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift, or any other consideration, contingent upon or resulting from the award or formation of this Agreement. For breach or violation of this warranty, the CITY shall have the right to annul this Agreement without liability, or at its discretion to deduct from the Agreement price or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift, or contingent fee.

8.50.2 For breach of this warranty, County shall have the right to terminate this Subaward and, at its sole discretion, deduct from the Subaward Sum or consideration, or otherwise recover, the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee.
