Contingent Nature of Positions. Filling of summer school vacancies is contingent upon enrollment. Elementary School Programs shall be posted for the purpose of bidding on summer school assignments as being split between primary and intermediate grades. Primary grades shall include kindergarten to third grade. Intermediate grades shall include grades four and five.
