Following the expiration of the Employment Term, the Company and the Executive shall review the terms of employment and the Company shall provide the Executive with not less than thirty (30) days’ notice of prior to the expiration of the Employment Term with the terms upon which the employment may be renewed or with a notice of non-renewal.
