Common use of Continuance of Business Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business and continue to engage in the same line of business.

The Borrower shall continue to conduct its business solely in the area of opening and operating Stores for the purpose of selling arts and craft supplies.

Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its the corporate existence of each Loan Party or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business business, and continue to engage in the same line of businessbusiness and comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws, regulations and orders.

Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business business, comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders and, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to and in accordance with Sections 7.4 and 7.7, continue to engage in the same line of business.
