Common use of Continuance of Business Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, business and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and ordersbusiness.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, business and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. (a) Do, or cause to be donedone at its expense, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, except where the failure to keep any of the foregoing in effect will not have a material adverse effect on the business of the Borrower, and continue generally to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights (including, without limitation, rights in respect of patents and trademarks) and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, except if no Materially Adverse Effect results from such loss, and continue to engage in the same line or related lines of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and ordersbusiness.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and ordersorders and, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to and in accordance with Sections 7.4 and 7.7, continue to engage in the same line of business.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Parent Guarantor, Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, business and the ability to continue to engage in the same line of business and where the failure to do so would have a Material Adverse Effect and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders. The Borrower shall continue to conduct its business solely in the area of opening and operating Stores for the purpose of selling arts and craft supplies.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, business and continue to engage in the same line of business (as defined in Section 7.7 hereof), including, without limitation, the qualification of each of the Borrowers and comply each Subsidiary to do business as a foreign corporation in all each jurisdiction in which failure to so qualify could have a material respects with all applicable lawsadverse effect on the business, regulations and ordersoperations, financial conditions or properties of any of the Borrowers or any such Subsidiary.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the their corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, their business and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Omega and each other Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Borrower each Loan Party or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable lawsApplicable Laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business. Do, Do or cause to be done, done all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the Borrower’s and its Subsidiaries’ corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary existences and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, their respective businesses and continue to engage in the same Basic Business as its primary line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and ordersbusiness.

Continuance of Business. Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and orders.

Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the its corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its businessbusiness including, without limitation, the FCC Licenses, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, regulations and ordersbusiness.

Do, or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect the corporate existence of the Borrower or any Subsidiary and all permits, rights and privileges necessary for the proper conduct of its business, and continue to engage in the same line of business and comply in all material respects with all applicable lawsApplicable Laws, regulations and orders.

Continuance of Business.
