Date References. References from or through any date mean, unless otherwise specified, from and including or through and including, respectively.
Date References. All references in the Merger Agreement and the Company Disclosure Letter to “the date hereof,” “the date of this Agreement” or words of like import shall remain as references to November 20, 2008.
Date References. For the avoidance of doubt, at all times, all references in the Agreement to “the date hereof” or the “Effective Date” shall mean July 21, 2005.
