Common use of Continuance of Business Clause in Contracts

Continuance of Business. The Borrower shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to: (x) do or cause to be done all things necessary to maintain, renew and keep in full force and effect (i) the Licenses and relevant Governmental Approvals, (ii) their respective corporate existence and good standing and (iii) all other rights and privileges and franchises related to Telecommunications Business, except in the case of clauses (ii) and (iii) to the extent that the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect, and (y) continue to engage primarily in the business now conducted by it.

The Borrower shall, shall and shall cause its ----------------------- Subsidiaries to: (x) to do or cause to be done all things reasonably necessary to maintain, renew preserve and keep in full force and effect (i) the Licenses and relevant Governmental Approvalsall permits, (ii) their respective corporate existence and good standing and (iii) all other rights and privileges and franchises related to Telecommunications Business, except in necessary for the case proper conduct of clauses (ii) and (iii) to the extent that the failure to do so would not have a Material Adverse Effect, and (y) continue to engage primarily in the business now conducted by ittheir respective businesses.
