Data Provisions Subject to the limitations contained in CA Government Code Section 3558, the City shall provide the Union with all required information on newly-hired employees to the extent it is made available to the City. In addition, within ten (10) business days of the conclusion of each NEO, the City agrees to provide the Union with a stand-alone report containing a list of employees, including classification code and division, who were scheduled to, but did not attend each NEO.
TERMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES 2.1. The Contractor performs work for the Customer at his own risk and personally. At the same time, the Contractor has the right, with the consent of the Customer, to involve other persons (subcontractors) in the performance of work, remaining responsible to the Customer for the result of their work. Security and Data Privacy Each party will comply with applicable data privacy laws governing the protection of personal data in relation to their respective obligations under this Agreement. Incorporation of Provisions The contractor will include the provisions of paragraphs one through six in every subcontract, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment, unless exempt by the Acts, the Regulations and directives issued pursuant thereto.
