Continuance of Regulations. The provisions of Sections 1, 4.3.(3), 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 15 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Consortium Agreement to the extent needed to enable the Parties to pursue the remedies and benefits provided for in those Sections.
