Common use of Continuation Beyond Agreement Clause in Contracts

Continuation Beyond Agreement. 28 The Company shall not be precluded from continuing the Plan in effect as 29 to employees within the units to which this Agreement relates, after 30 expiration or termination of this Agreement, subject to the terms, conditions, 31 and limitations of the Plan.
