Continuation of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2(b), the termination of the Employment Arrangements shall not relieve the Executive of any obligation to keep business or other information related to either Employer or to its customers or business confidential or to cooperate with the Employers and their affiliates in certain litigation matters.
