Common use of Continuation of Current Uses Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Current Uses. If applicable, the Property is currently being used for the purposes set forth in Schedule 2 (Special Terms). In reviewing this Agreement, the City has given due consideration to the continuation of such current uses. Accordingly, and notwithstanding any provisions of the City Code, the Zoning Ordinance, or any other code, ordinance or regulation, now in effect or adopted during the Term of this Agreement, and notwithstanding the City's subsequent zoning of the Property pursuant to the terms hereof, the current uses of the Property shall be permitted to continue.
