Common use of Continuation of Current Uses Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Current Uses. ‌ The Property is presently being used for farming and general agricultural uses. In reviewing the Annexation Petition and this Agreement, the City has given due consideration to the continuation of such current uses. Accordingly, and notwithstanding any provision of the City Code, the Zoning Code, or any other code, ordinance or regulation, now in effect or adopted during the Term of this Agreement, and notwithstanding the City’s zoning of the Property pursuant to the terms hereof, the current uses of the Property shall be permitted to continue.
