CONTINUATION OF INSURANCE IN RETIREMENT. Certified staff members qualifying for retirement from Union County/College Corner Joint School District as described in Section C of this Article, may elect to continue their current hospitalization insurance with the corporation group plans until such time as they become Medicare eligible (employee and/or spouse). Retired employees, after working in a school system for a period of no less than fifteen (15) years, with nineteen (19) years of experience or an employee who is disabled while under contract, will be allowed the option of buying into the health insurance plan.
