Common use of Continuation of Master Agreements Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Master Agreements. The applicable terms of the Master Agreements that are incorporated by reference into this PLA shall continue in full force and effect with regard to Covered Work as set forth in Section 3.4, until the applicable Master Agreement is modified by parties thereto. In such case, the Parties agree to recognize and implement all applicable changes on their effective dates as set forth in the modified Master Agreement, except as otherwise provided by this PLA; provided, however, that any such provisions negotiated in said Master Agreements will not apply to Covered Work if such provisions are less favorable to the Contractor performing Covered Work than those uniformly required of Contractors for construction work normally covered by those agreements; nor shall any provision be recognized or applied if it may be construed to apply exclusively or predominantly to work covered by this PLA. Any disagreement between any Union and Contractor over application of a modified term of a Master Agreement shall be resolved under the procedures established in Article 10.
