Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. None of the Loan Parties shall engage in any business other than the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, substantially as conducted and operated by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, as of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, and the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in the nature of such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. None Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than if, as a result, the general nature of the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, substantially as conducted and operated by in which the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, as would then be engaged would be substantially changed from the general nature of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, and in which the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged on the nature of such businessClosing Date.

Continuation of or Change in Business. None No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of the Loan Parties shall its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the business of owning, constructing, managing and operating Communications Systems, or other lines of business necessary or ancillary to the Loan Parties and their Subsidiariesforegoing, substantially as conducted and operated by consistent with advances in the Loan Parties and their SubsidiariesCommunications Systems industry, taken as a whole, as or an otherwise reasonably related or complimentary extension of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, and the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in the nature of such businessforegoing.

Continuation of or Change in Business. None No Loan Party shall, and no Loan Party shall permit any of the Loan Parties shall its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than that is not similar or complementary to the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, substantially as conducted and operated by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, in which they engage as of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such businessDate, and the such Loan Parties Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in the nature of such business.

None Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the business of the each Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, Party or Subsidiary substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and any line of business or business activity related or complementary to the business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, conducted as of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, and the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in the nature of such businessDate.

Continuation of or Change in Business. None Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the such business of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, which are substantially as conducted and operated by the such Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, Party or Subsidiary as of the Closing Date or any business activity that supports is a reasonable extension, development or is complimentary to such business, and the Loan Parties shall not permit any material change in the nature of such businessexpansion thereof or ancillary thereto.

Continuation of or Change in Business. None of the No Loan Parties Party shall engage in any business other than the business of the such Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, Party as substantially as conducted and operated by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, in effect as of the Closing Date or business that supports or is complimentary to such business, date of this Agreement and the Loan Parties shall will not permit any material change in the nature operation of such businessthe Business.

Continuation of or Change in Business.
