Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the business of owning, constructing, managing and operating Communications or IT Systems, or other lines of business necessary or ancillary to the foregoing or consistent with advances in the Communications or IT Systems industry, in each case, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.

Continuation of or Change in Business. No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any line of business other than those lines of business conducted by the business of owningLoan Parties on the date hereof, constructing, managing substantially as conducted and operating Communications operated by such Loan Party or IT SystemsSubsidiary during the present fiscal year, or other lines of business necessary or ancillary to the foregoing or consistent with advances in the Communications or IT Systems industry, in each case, substantially as conducted and operated by such industry of the Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such businessParties.

Continuation of or Change in Business. No Loan Party shall, nor shall any Loan Party permit any of its Subsidiaries Restricted Subsidiary to, engage in any business other than the business of owning, constructing, managing and operating Communications or IT Systems, or other lines of business necessary or ancillary to the foregoing or consistent with advances in the Communications or IT Systems industry, in each case, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary during on the present fiscal yearClosing Date, and such Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
