Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than as set forth on Schedule 8.2.10, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year and businesses reasonably related thereto, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in the nature of such business. For avoidance of doubt, the parties recognize that sale or dispositions of assets or Subsidiaries otherwise permitted under this Agreement shall not violate this Section 8.2.10.
