Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business if, as a result, the general nature of the business in which the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, would then be engaged would be substantially changed from the general nature of the business in which the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged on the Closing Date.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall will not, and shall not nor will it permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business if, as a result, alter the general nature character of the business in which of the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, would then be engaged would be substantially changed in any material respect from the general nature that conducted as of the business in which the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged on the Closing Date.

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any material line of business if, substantially different from those lines of business as a result, the general nature of the business in which conducted by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken the Subsidiaries as a whole, would then be engaged would be substantially changed from the general nature of the Closing Date and any line of business in which the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, are engaged on the Closing Datereasonably related or incidental thereto.
