Common use of Continuation of or Change in Business Clause in Contracts

Continuation of or Change in Business. Each of the Loan Parties shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than (a) operation of designer and name brand shoe stores and related accessories, or (b) operation of licensed shoe departments, and any other business reasonably incidental thereto in each case, as to the existing business, substantially as conducted and operated by such Loan Party or Subsidiary during the present fiscal year, and such Loan Party or Subsidiary shall not permit any material change in such business.
