Continuation of or Change in Business. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than the development, manufacturing, sales and administration of safety products and related items, substantially as conducted and operated by the Company and its Subsidiaries during the present fiscal year, and business substantially related, incidental or ancillary thereto.
