Common use of Continuation of Plans Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Plans. The Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (“the Plan”), the Railroad Employees National Dental Plan (“the Dental Plan”) , and the Railroad Employees National Vision Plan (“the Vision Plan”), modified as provided in this Article with respect to employees represented by the organization and their eligible dependents, will be continued subject to the provisions of the Railway Labor Act.

Continuation of Plans. The Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (“"the Plan”"), the Railroad Employees National Dental Plan (“"the Dental Plan"), the Railroad Employees National Early Retirement Major Medical Benefit Plan (“XXXX”) ), and the Railroad Employees National Vision Plan (“"the Vision Plan”"), modified as provided in this Article with respect to employees represented by the organization and their eligible dependents, will be continued subject to the provisions of the Railway Labor Act.

The Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (( “the Plan”), the Railroad Employees National Dental Plan (“Plan, the Dental Railroad Employees National Early Retirement Major Medical Benefit Plan”) , the Railroad Employees National Vision Plan, and the Railroad Employees National Vision Health Flexible Spending Account Plan (“the Vision PlanFSA”), modified as provided in this Article with respect to employees represented by the organization and their eligible dependents, will shall be continued subject to the provisions of the Railway Labor Act.

Continuation of Plans. The National Railway Carriers and United Transportation Union Health and Welfare Plan and the Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (individually and collectively referred to in this Agreement, depending on the context, as “the Plan”), the Railroad Employees National Dental Plan (“the Dental Plan”) , and the Railroad Employees National Vision Plan (“the Vision Plan”), modified as provided in this Article with respect to employees represented by the organization and their eligible dependents, will be continued subject to the provisions of the Railway Labor Act.
