Continuation of Rights and Obligations. The expiry or termination of this Agreement shall not affect accrued rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, including the right to receive Liquidated Damages as per the terms of this Agreement, nor shall it affect any continuing obligations for which this Agreement provides, either expressly or by necessary implication.
