Notice of a Force majeure event When the circumstances described in clause 19.1 arise or are reasonably perceived by the Funding Recipient as an imminent possibility, the Funding Recipient agrees to give notice of those circumstances to GBRF as soon as possible, identifying the effect they will have on its performance. The Funding Recipient agrees to make all reasonable efforts to minimise the effects of such circumstances on its performance of this Agreement.

  • Notice of Agreement 1. The Institutions agree to provide a copy of this Agreement, with any amendments, to the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
