Continuation or Restarting of Hearing. If, on consent of the Manufacturer, You amend your Claim to remove any allegation about an Aftermarket Part(s) Issue or a Connectivity Issue, the Arbitrator will continue or restart the hearing on the remaining matters to be arbitrated.
