Common use of Continued Employment of Employee Clause in Contracts

Continued Employment of Employee. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement as amended hereby (the "Amended Agreement"), Details hereby offers to Employee and Employee hereby accepts continued employment with Details as Vice President, Finance. In the event of a conflict between any provision of this Amended Agreement and the Agreement, the provisions of the Amended Agreement shall control.
