Continued Employment Requirement. Except as otherwise provided by Section 2, Section 3 or Section 4, the vesting of a Participant’s Award is subject to and conditioned upon the Participant’s continued Employment at all times during the period beginning with the Date of Grant and ending on the Vesting Date.
