Common use of CONTINUED PERFORMANCE OF WORK Clause in Contracts

CONTINUED PERFORMANCE OF WORK. Pending final resolution of any dispute, Contractor agrees to proceed diligently with the performance of the Work, including Work associated with the dispute, unless otherwise directed by the JBE. Contractor’s failure to diligently proceed in accordance with the JBE’s instructions will be considered a material breach of the Agreement and any applicable Participating Addendum.
