Common use of Continued Revenue Sharing Clause in Contracts

Continued Revenue Sharing. In the event the INSTITUTE receives during the Revenue Term the aggregate amount of four hundred percent (400%) of the Grant Award Proceeds from the RECIPIENT, the RECIPIENT will continue to pay the INSTITUTE a revenue sharing percentage of one-half percent (0.5%) of Revenue for all Revenue generated during the remainder of the Revenue Term. For clarity, this revenue sharing percentage cannot be reduced as set forth in Section D4.01(b).
