CONTINUING AGREEMENT AND FINANCE DOCUMENT. (a) Except as expressly consented to pursuant to this letter, the provisions of the Finance Documents including the Facility Agreement and Security Documents shall continue in full force and effect. The consent granted in this letter does not extend to any matter other than expressly set out in this letter.
