Common use of Continuing Jurisdiction of Court Clause in Contracts

Continuing Jurisdiction of Court. The Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this Action, the Parties, and this Agreement with respect to the performance of its terms and conditions (and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement), the proper provision of all benefits, and the implementation and enforcement of its terms, conditions, and obligations.

Continuing Jurisdiction of Court. The Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this ActionLitigation, the Parties, and this Agreement with respect to the performance of its terms and conditions (and any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement), the proper provision of all benefits, and the implementation and enforcement of its terms, conditions, and obligations.

The Court that approves the Agreement shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this ActionLitigation, the Parties, and this Agreement with respect to the performance of its terms and conditions (and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement), the proper provision of all benefits, and the implementation and enforcement of its terms, conditions, and obligations.

Continuing Jurisdiction of Court. The Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this Action, the Parties, Action and this Agreement with respect over all Parties to interpret and enforce the performance of its terms and conditions (and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement), the proper provision of all benefits, and the implementation and enforcement of its terms, conditions, and obligationsobligations of this Agreement.

Continuing Jurisdiction of Court. The Court shall retain exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over this Action, all Class Members who have not elected to be excluded from the PartiesClass, and all Parties named or described in this Agreement with respect to the performance of its terms and conditions (and disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement)interpret, the proper provision of all benefitsenforce, and implement the implementation and enforcement of its Agreement’s terms, conditions, and obligations.
