CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OR EDUCATION. 8.1 Each Party undertakes to ensure that the continuing professional development or professional education it offers to the other Party are in accordance with required IFAC standards. 8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, each Party shall accept the continuing professional development or professional education offered by the other Party.
