Continuing Responsibilities of Airline. Notwithstanding the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Airline will remain liable to the Authority for the prompt payment of all Rents due hereunder and for all preceding breaches of any covenant of this Agreement.

Continuing Responsibilities of Airline. Notwithstanding the occurrence of any event of default, AIRLINE shall remain liable to AUTHORITY for all rentals, fees, and charges payable hereunder and for all preceding breaches of any covenant of this Agreement. Furthermore, unless AUTHORITY elects to cancel this Agreement, AIRLINE shall remain liable for and promptly pay all rentals, fees, and charges accruing hereunder until termination of this Agreement as set forth in Article 3 or until this Agreement is canceled by AIRLINE pursuant to Article 13.
