CONTINUING STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR CONTRACTOR SERVICES. a. Applicability Contractor agrees that subsequent to completion of the successful performance period and acceptance of the Services by the State, Contractor will comply with the availability and/or performance requirements and criteria established in this Contract throughout the full Term, including any extensions. If the State determines, after at least six (6) months experience with the measurement method prescribed below, that the methods and procedures should be modified to more accurately identify material System deficiencies, an appropriate Contract amendment shall be negotiated and upon agreement executed to effect such modification.
