Employee Performance Review. When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.
Employee Performance Review. (a) The Employer shall endeavour to conduct a formal written review of an Employee's performance annually.

The employee shall be required to sign an acknowledgment that they have been given an opportunity to read the performance review and shall be provided with a copy. Such signature shall not constitute an agreement with the contents of the review. However, the employee shall have the right to respond in writing to such review within fourteen (14) days and such response shall become part of the file.
Employee Performance Review. The employee performance review will be discussed with the employee and the Union representative shall, upon request, have access to the employee's evaluation. An employee, upon request, will have an opportunity to review his/her personnel folder. The Company will make a demonstrative effort to effect employee performance reviews in the month of the employee’s seniority date.
Employee Performance Review. 29.01 An employee shall be given an opportunity to sign any formal review of his or her performance, and shall also be given an opportunity to sign all adverse reports pertaining to the performance of his or her duties and shall be provided a copy of the report.
Employee Performance Review. 30.01 When a formal review of an employee's performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given the opportunity to discuss then sign the review form in question to indicate that its contents have been read and understood. The employee shall also be given the opportunity to provide written comments to be attached to his performance appraisal and may use the grievance procedure in Article 32 to correct any inaccuracies in his performance appraisal.
Employee Performance Review. 19.01 When a formal review of an employee's performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss and then sign the review form in question to indicate that its contents have been read and understood. A copy of the completed review form will be provided to the employee. An employee’s signature on his or her review form will be considered to be an indication only that its contents have been read and shall not indicate the employee’s concurrence with the statements contained on the form. The Company’s representative(s) who assess an employee’s performance must have observed or been aware of the employee’s performance for at least one-half (1/2) of the period for which the employee’s performance is evaluated. An employee has the right to make written comments to be attached to the performance review form.
