Continuity of Connection. 4.5.1 No liability for loss of continuity The Company shall, subject to the requirements of Prudent Electricity Utility Practice, maintain a continuous connection of electrical energy and if by reason of any cause whatsoever the Company shall fail to do so the Company shall restore the connection with all reasonable speed but the Company shall not be under any liability whatsoever for loss or damage arising from such failure to maintain a continuous connection.
