Common use of Continuity of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Obligations. 14.1 All of Party A’s obligations hereunder shall continue and be binding to Party A’s successors, designees, transferees and all surviving entities after merger, reorganization and change of names, and shall not be subject to any dispute, claims, orders from superiors, provisions of Party A’s contracts with other parties, nor shall they be affected by the debtor’s bankruptcy, loss of ability to repay the debt or of business qualifications or any other events.

Continuity of Obligations. 14.1 All of Party A’s obligations hereunder shall continue have continuity and be full binding to Party A’s successorsforce upon its successor, designeesreceiver, transferees assignee and all surviving entities the subject after mergerit is merged and acquired, reorganization reorganized and change of namesrenamed, and shall not be subject to free from the influence of any dispute, claimsclaim, orders from superiorslegal proceeding and any directive of superordinate, provisions or any contract and document signed by Party A and any natural person, legal person or other organization, nor shall it be modified because of Party A’s contracts with other partiesbankruptcy, nor shall they be affected by the debtor’s bankruptcyinsolvency, loss of ability to repay the debt or enterprise qualification, change of business qualifications articles of association, or any other eventsmaterial change.
