Continuity of Service and Performance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the parties will continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement, each Other Agreement and any other agreement between or among any members of the RemainCo Group and the SpinCo Group during the course of the dispute resolution procedures pursuant to this Article VI with respect to all matters not subject to such dispute, controversy or claim.
