CONTINUITY OF SYSTEMS. ‌ a) This section is intended to comply with Conn. Gen. Stat. §4d-44, as it may be amended, and shall apply specifically to Lead State. b) The Contractor acknowledges that the Systems and associated services are important to the function of state government and that they must continue without interruption. Pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. §4d-44, as it may be amended, as if the subcontractor were in fact the Contractor. The Contractor shall make a full and complete disclosure of and delivery to DAS or its representatives of all Records and “Public Records,” as that term is defined in Conn. Gen.
