Common use of Continuity of Work Location Status Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Work Location Status. Community Library Staff/Region Staff status will be maintained for all employees who do not change hours or locations. In addition, the Community Library Staff status will be maintained if hours are voluntarily or involuntarily reduced or if the employee is subject to an involuntary transfer to a library in a new Region for non-disciplinary purposes. If an involuntarily transfer of this type occurs, the transferred employee will establish a Community Library Staff status at the new primary location of the employee.
