Common use of Continuous Employment Definition Clause in Contracts

Continuous Employment Definition. For the purpose of this Article, "continuous employment" shall include exchange teaching, secondment loan to the Department of National Defence, Federation Leaves, employment with private Catholic Boards for which the Board has assumed jurisdiction, predecessor boards prior to Bill 104, and any and all approved leaves taken with the Board and its predecessor Boards, including leaves for lengthy illness.
