Common use of Continuous Operation, Etc Clause in Contracts

Continuous Operation, Etc. Tenant shall use its best efforts to operate continuously the Leased Property as a provider of health care services in accordance with the Primary Intended Use. Tenant shall not take, or omit to take, any action, the taking or omission of which may materially impair the value or the usefulness of the Leased Property for the Primary Intended Use.
