Continuous Outage Termination Right Sample Clauses
Continuous Outage Termination Right. In the event of a Continuous Outage, Tenant may terminate this Lease by timely delivery of the Continuous Outage Termination Notice to Landlord. Tenant’s failure to timely deliver Tenant’s Continuous Outage Termination Notice shall automatically extinguish Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease with respect to that particular Continuous Outage. If Tenant exercises its termination right under this Paragraph B, then Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for the reasonable costs incurred by Tenant in moving Tenant’s Personal Property from the Tenant Space to a new location.

For the avoidance of doubt, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that Tenant’s right to terminate this Lease under this Section 3.A applies to the entire Tenant Space, and does not apply individually to the Suite in which the Continuous Outage occurred.
